Project Description
This mixed use project in Burlington's historic Old North End included the complete renovation of two historic trolley and bus maintenance barns and the construction of a new 12 unit apartment building. In addition to providing 25 units of affordable housing, the project included 15,000 square feet of commercial space for lease.
