Essex Junction Fire Station Renovations

Project Scope

Rework existing fire station to better support apparatus and training. Repair leaking roof and create overhang to protect entry doors.

Design Challenges & Solutions

• Update interior layout for new apparatus and training operations.
• Improve dispatch area
• Over-roof the entire building with new pitched roof.  Design places gable end to the street with pilasters and an overhang to protect trucks as they entry the bays.
