Salisbury Square Modular Housing
Project Description
Redevelopment of an old industrial site in Randolph into an affordable housing community of both for sale modular homes and rental units. The site is 4.3 acres with an upper site that includes 26 for sale units and the redevelopment of a small historical building. The lower site includes 10 affordable rental units in two buildings. The project is currently in the permitting stage with construction expected to start in the spring of 2010.
