Project Description
A 75,000 expansion of the Owner's existing main offices into an existing warehouse that included a 25,000SF second floor addition within the two story space. The design included space for offices, café, cross training facility with retractable roof, executive boardroom and 160 seat auditorium. Shell upgrades include providing more daylighting into work spaces. Plans incorporated design for future rooftop solarium. This project is currently on track for LEED Gold certification.
