Project Description
Renovation of 14,500 square foot office and warehouse building for an expanding web retail company. Infrared analysis of the original building revealed a substandard thermal envelope. Renovations included replacing the entire exterior thermal envelope system with a new insulated metal panel system and replacing over 1,600 square feet of storefront with new thermally broken storefront systems. The project also included replacement of electrical and mechanical systems. While making little change to the overall massing of the building, we created highly functional contemporary headquarters that fit with the company's contemporary business profile.
