Descriptions
IBM Corporation, Building 963 Logic Test Center, Phase 5+6, Essex Junction, VT. Creation of new interior class 40k clean room space for post production micro-chip testing. Projects were fast-tracked and phased in to minimize impact on surrounding ongoing operations. Combined projects totaled 20,000sf of clean room space and roughly 6,000sf of new rooftop mechanical penthouse space. $13 M
IBM Corporation, Building 963 Wafer Finish, Phase I, Essex Junction, VT. Design for 10,000sf of new interior class 40k clean room space for 300mm wafer finishing. Space included specialized wet slurry grinders, automated stocking/storage racks, finishing ovens, a temporary garment room and penthouse mechanical equipment. $7 M.
IBM Corporation, Building 962 Open office Conversion, Essex Junction, VT. Convert 7,000sf of existing manufacturing space into open office space. Program called for reuse of existing stockpiled systems furniture, new hard-walled conference space, complete IT network support, acoustic treatment.
IBM Corporation, Building 962-962 building code Upgrade Plans, Essex Junction, VT. Worked with IBM safety staff to update building wide life safety code strategies and forecast future masterplan circulation/egress routes. Review included compliance with State Life Safety Code and IBM standards.
IBM Corporation, Building 963 Garment + Locker Room, Essex Junction, VT. Interior design for new locker room and class 40K clean room garmenting space serving 200mm and 300mm post production space. Design included built-in garment racks and bins.
